Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate, IT knowledge is must and JAIIB/CAIIB preferable. Experience: Minimum 10 years in supervisory cadre in any Schedule, Commercial or co-operative bank of which minimum 5 year in Advances/Audit Department/General Administration. Candidate is expected to take quick decisions concerning efficient functioning of branch. He should motivate each employee to raise their individual productivity to achieve business targets.
OFFICER
Age up to 40 Years

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate, IT knowledge is must and JAIIB/CAIIB preferable. Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in Commercial, Schedule or co-operative Bank or NBFC, out of which 2 years as Officer/middle level experience in Loan/Advances / Operations Department, through knowledge from customer inquiry to loan disbursement and post disbursement procedures. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge in financial analysis, evaluation of necessary documents including repaying capacity.
CLERK
Age up to 30 Years

Qualification: Commerce/IT Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: Fresh Graduate/Minimum 1 year experience in Banking with co-optative/Commercial Bank would be preferable. Candidate should have good communication skill with Knowledge of MS Office.
