GSEB 10th - 12th Result Updates 2026

The Class 10-12 board exams, which started on the 26th with 15 lakh students, are over: Answer book evaluation starts in 454 centers from today. 75,821 teachers of government and private schools will check the answer books: Results may come in April-end or May. The Gujarat Education Board's Class 10 and 12 exams have been completed today. With the exams over, the work of checking the answer books will start tomorrow from the 19th in 454 evaluation centers of the state. Orders have been given to 75,821 teachers of government and private schools in the state for the verification of answer books.
The results are likely to be declared by the end of April or the first week of May.
The Gujarat Education Board had started the main public board examination of Class 10, 12 Science and 12 General stream (including Sanskrit Madhyamma and Prathamma) from February 26. The exam was supposed to be completed by the 16th, but due to the Holi-Dhuleti holidays, the board changed the exam schedule and postponed the papers, and now all the exams have been completed today, on the 18th. More than 15 lakh students of Std. 10 and 12 were registered, and out of which more than 40 thousand students were absent in all the exams. This year, the lowest number of malpractice cases have been reported in the exam so far. In which | only 3 cases of malpractice with slips were reported. While four cases of mobile being caught, one case of smart watch and two cases of dummy student have been reported.
After the completion of the board exam, the board will now start the answer sheet evaluation from tomorrow. For which the board has decided a total of 454 central evaluation centers in the state. In which 213 in Std. 10, 172 in Std. 12 general stream and Std. There are 69 centers in the 12 science streams. 39962 teachers in Std. 10, 29804 in Std. 12 general stream and 9055 in Std. 12 science have been ordered for the verification of answer sheets. It is mandatory to come for verification but many teachers do not come. Due to this, notices are being given by the board. This year, the verification work is starting a few days late. According to the information received, the results may be declared by the end of April. The results of 12 science will be declared first.
