GTU: New syllabus prepared for various Sem of Engineering, Architect, Pharmacy
A new syllabus has been designed in Gujarat Technological University in Degree Engineering, Degree Architect, Semest-6 Pharmacy Semester-8, MBA Semester-3, MCA. Members of GTU's Board of Studies (BOS) have developed a new curriculum as part of a 6- to 12-month-long exercise. Formal approval of the new course will be sought at a meeting of the Academic Council in the coming days. This new course will be implemented for about 50 thousand students after Diwali.
The new curriculum has been designed by AICTE as per the instructions and guidance of various councilors for the purpose of preparing employable, skill flower, job creator students to meet the demands of industries in the age of globalization and knowledge base economy. K.N. Kher said, "The course is designed to bridge the demand of educational institutions and industries.
GTU Chancellor Dr. Naveen Sethe said- The new syllabus has been implemented in 42 subjects of Degree Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA. Members of the Board of Studies, including senior faculty as well as a representative member of the industry, have jointly designed the new curriculum. The main objective is to make the students skillful and employable through this course.
