Docoss has started online booking for android mobile Docoss X1. Thousands of customers has booked this mobile through website and SMS. Many people are now wondering about tracking of their mobile parcel. Also some people are seeing pending in orders. The status of mobile delivery can be checked through your docket/tracking number given by the company after successfully completion of despatching mobile from company warehouse. To track order you must have your mobile booking request Id(Order Id). If you havent it please check your order placed or not.This tracking detailes will be definitely available after 2nd May 2016 on the webportal of docoss multimedia private limited. You must visit after given period.
What should I do if i dont receive my mobile parcle/shipment delivery OR tracking number showing errorr/wrong?
You should wait for 24-48 hours after despatching of your parcel because couriour partner website may take this time.
Even you find the tracking number saying wrong on couriour website after same time, First you must contect DOCOSS company for inquiry on contect numbers and make the complaint regarding this issue. They will tell you the number is right or wrong. If the number is right you should contect the couriour partner company.
I have booked Docoss X1 mobile through sending SMS, how do I track it?
When you place order through sending sms to a specific number, you receives a SMS from IX-DOCOSS saying that '' Thanks for order Docoss X1, Your order has been placed successfully. For more information Visit www.docos.com''
That means you have to visit said above website. But the problem is that how do we check our order withour order id or any order number on said website. Also, we can not trace any order without creating new account on website. If we create account we cant track our old mobile order which is placed by sms sending.
In this case, company may send you your order ID through just SMS(not on website). They will also provide you couriour/delivery tracking number through SMS from which you can check your order status.
(Without having Mobile Booking request id you will not able to track your order)
Please Note, there are 2 official processes to Track your Docoss X1 order. First of all keep your request ID and all detailes ready which you entered at the time of booking your mobile.
Process 1 :
1. Click here on given link docoss.com/track.php
You will find below window. Enter your mobile booking request id and phone number as given at the time of booking mobile to track.

2. You will find tracking detailes given below.
Process 2 :
You need an android mobile to track your request id for tracking process 2 (If you forgot your mobile booking request id recover it here.)
2. You will see an android app '' chargekart '' in google playstore page.
3. Download it and Signup by using your mobile number and email id which you have used at the time of booking Docoss X1 mobile. (If you use other email id or mobile you will not see you Docoss X1 mobile booking request id.) You will get OTP number in your mobile to verify your mobile number from HP-CHARGE while signup process.
4. Click on '' Click for Docoss X1 '' menu.
4. Click on '' Tap to Track Order ''
5. You will see your order detailes and status of your order. No if your mobile despatched from company you can track your mobile here.

Please Note : Below old options are not working for tracking mobiles,
Option 1 : If you have registered your Docoss X1 mobile without login into your accout, you should keep your request id for future. Docoss Company will contect you in future through SMS or calling for your order status. You will get tracking number from them and after that you will be able to track your order. (Without login booking system is started from 29th April 2016 on website)
Please note : After getting tracking/couriour number of your mobile, visit couriour comapany website and enter your tracking number to check status or your mobile. If couriour company website shows wrong tracking number you should make a complaint to docoss company.
Option 2 : If you have registered your mobile by login in to your account, you should follow below steps.
1. Visit website & login into your account.
2. Visit my account option and click on Order history. You will find placed order/docket no/ tracking number there if your order successfully despatched from company. Please find couriour company name.
3. Copy the docket/tracking number.
4. Visit delivery/couriour company website. Find parcle tracking page on it.
5. Paste the tracking number in box and click on enter. You will find the status of your parcle.
