Currently, booking of Docoss X1 mobile is running on website throgh online / offline mode. But company has not given any kind of process regarding cancellation of order. At this time it is not possible to cancel your order. If company gives any option regarding the same we will update it here.

You will receive your mobile after 2nd May 2016, You will be able to track your mobile via website. You will also notified by SMS into your mobile. (I have given you just my opinion as all other mobile/ commercial companies uses this method.)

Yes, cash on delivery is available at delivery charge of extra 99Rs. You can see more detailes about delivery on the website when registration process.
