ABOUT AMITY GURGAON HALF MARATHON 2017 (AGHM)
AGHM is an annual International Half Marathon held every year at Gurgaon, India. The fourth edition of the event is scheduled for 26th of February 2017. In today’s sedentary lifestyle, being fit and promoting the significance of wellness is a crucial need of the moment and marathons engage people with healthy activities and inspire them to adopting a change towards healthier lifestyles. AGHM is among Amity University’s sport initiatives, towards building a better society, and in turn, an empowered India. The third edition of the event held on 3rd April 2016 had witnessed more than 10,000 participants.

CATEGORIES
21.1 Km Half Marathon
is open to all the people above the age of 14 years. All finishers of the Half Marathon race category will be awarded a certificate & finisher medal.
10 Km Fun Run
is open to all the people above the age of 14 years. All finishers of the Fun Run race category will be awarded a certificate.
5 Km Kids Run
is for children in the age group of 6-14 Yrs. All finishers of the Kids Run category will be awarded a certificate.

What is the Registration Process?
Online
Logon to
www.amitygurgaonhalfmarathon.com and select the Category 21.1 Km, 10 Km or 5 Km and register, once you receive a confirmation email Participants need to show the confirmation email during Half Marathon Kit pickup.
Offline registration
Participants can visit Amity International School, Sector–46, Gurgaon
What should be the minimum and maximum age of the participant/s
21.1 Km - Minimum 14 years
10 Km - Minimum 14 years
5 Km – 6 -14 Years
There is no limitation on upper age.
What will be the reporting time ?
Reporting / Assembly Time for all the race categories : 5 am
What will be the race timings?
21.1 Km : 5:30 AM
10 Km : 6:00 AM
5 Km : 6:15 AM
What will be the maximum race time ?
The maximum race time for all the categories will be 02 Hours 15 Minutes

Whether Timing Chips will be provided?
Yes,Timing Chips will be provided to the participants of 21.1 Km category only
Who will get the Participation Certificate?
Certificate will be provided to only those who will complete 21.1 Km/10 Km/5 Km
Who will get the Completion Medal?
Only the finishers of Half Marathon (21.1 Km) will get the completion medal
Will be there any arrangement for Medical Assistance during the Half Marathon?
Medical Team will be available at Amity Gurgaon Half Marathon for any emergency.
What is the Venue for Amity Gurgaon Half Marathon 2017?
Half Marathon will start/end from Leisure Valley for the respective track of 21.1 Km, 10 Km & 5 Km.
