 Re-engagement of Retired Railway Employees

 As per instructions contained in Railway Boards L. No. E(NO)22010/FtC-416 did: 31.08.2015 circulated under NR PS No. 14419/2015 scheme extended from erne to time By Keeping in view the acute shortage of staff in venous categories (indicated below) of post over Moradabad division. the railway has decided to re-engage the retired staff who fulfill the following terms and conditions can apply on the proforma enclosed as per requirement:-

1 Employees who have retired within two years are eligible for this scheme upto the age of 60 to 62 years.

2. Re-engaged employees should not have been covered under the safety related retirement scheme/liberalized actrve retirement scheme for guaranteed employment for safety staff (LARSGESS).

3. Suitability/competency of staff should also be adfudged before engaging arxIthe issue of taw safely record wit be addressed while selecting them.

4. Maximum age limit for such re-engagement shall be 62 years and this limit shall not be exceeded in case of any retired railway employees during the paned of re-engagement

5. While engaging such stall and assigning duty to them it must be ensured that safety and other operational requirementsareadequately addressed.

6. Remuneration to such staff be made as stipulated vide. This Ministry's letter no. E(NG)11/2007/RC-4/Core/1dtd: 11.12.2009 (in each and every case of re-engagement of retired employees. the daiy alowances plus full pension should not be exceeded the last pay drawn.

7. Operation of the scheme will be subject to discharge of engage staff immediately on joining of selected candidates from RR Bs.

8. The applications should reach in the office off DM. Rfy. Manager, N. Rly, Moradabad through EGRSCell or by_RegcLAD up to 10.03.2017.

9. The applications not duly Hied on the enclosed proforma. not supported with required documents or not forwarded by the concerned Senor Subordinateseranch officers at the time of retirement shall not be considered.
