Introduction The Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana (SJSRY) scheme has been restructured as The National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM).
GULM will be implemented in all District Headquarter Towns and all other cities with a population of 1,00,000 or more as per 2011 Census. Government of Gujarat has include 30 Municipalities and 8 Municipal Corporations in this scheme.
