Docoss Multimedia Pvt LTS has now closed online booking of Docoss X1 mobile. Since online registration process also closed. Now customers who booked Docoss X1 android mobile may track orders and check the status of their mobile parcel.
Since 2nd May 2016 Docoss company is giving tracking status to their customers through mobile app. But a new problem is starting to customers of recovering of their forgotter request id. I have received hundres of emails asking for the same process. As of now I think many customers have lost their Mobile request Ids (Mobile order Ids). So I am putting here master trick to recoved your request Id.
Trick 1 : Those customers who successfully booked Docoss X1 may check their email id & mobile sms inbox as they received request id sms while booking Docoss X1 mobile.
If you dont find anything in email or mobile sms try below trick.
Trick 2 : Those customers who has booked their mobile withoug login process may just copy below link and paste it in the browser you have used to book your mobile.
Docoss company started direct booking (without login) from 29th April 2016. So those customers who has booked after this date may try this trick.
