Supreme Court of India decided to hear a fresh plea from MCI on Friday 9th May 2016 as per the request on last hearing on Friday, 6th May 2016 on NEET UG implementation as medical dental entrance exam in all india medical dental institutes. There were a total of 4 hearings made in the past by supreme Court. ( on 29th April, 3rd May, 5th May and 6th May 2016) All students were believed NEET will be implemented from this year for all medical institutions admissions in all over India after decision on 29th April 2016. As per supreme court order first phase on NEET I would be taken on 1st May and second one NEET Phase II on 24th July 2016. But after complaints received from most of states the supreme Court of India decided to hear their writ petition in several phases.
All the major problem are,
The language problem -
Many students are studying in their native languages so they requested to take NEET in their native languages.
More time for preparation -
Students who appeared in the 1st may NEET phase I exam belived that those student who will appear in the 24th July NEET phase II exam will get more time for preparation. so the felt injustice to themselves.
Syllabus Problem -
Most of state board officials says that about 30% syllabus are different from CBSE syllabus for NEET entrance exam. So they need more time to involve in NEET exam.
Native students admission problem -
Parents believe that is by implementing NEET, the local student (native students) will be remained from admission in their own states because above reasons. So NEET should not applied for State government medical dental institutions.
Will it be a final decision?
As per officials, this decision may become a last and final decision for Govt medical dental institutions admission process. You may get the final news on NEET or state Govt medical entrance exams on the time @ 2.00pm today.
But for private medical institutions there shall be NEET from this year. But wait for today's hearing time.

Most of these states will get their answers in this judgement - Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka
