The Apex court(supreme court) has decided for next hearing on 06/05/2016 after the previous hearing on 5th May 2016. Before this 3 continous hearing did in last 10 days on NEET UG matters (On 29th April 2016, 3rd May 2016, 5th May 2016). Thousands of Medical dental admission aspiring stundets are waiting for final decision for NEET UG exam from supreme court. All representatives from all states presented their thoughts in last hearing on 6th may 2016. Some were asked to submit their submission on next day hearing. Different states represented their problems regarding NEET UG exams. Most of the states were against NEET UG for this year and want to take thier state leval maedical entrance exams.
Will NEET cancelled for this year?

For NEET Phase II(to be held on 24th July 2016) - Only those candidates will allow to appear who missed NEET Phase I exam held on 1st May 2016.
2. No private colleges or an associations will be conduct their own medical entrance exams.
2. State will be allow to conduct their own state medical dental entrance exams after discussion with solocitor general on monday.
Medical Coucil of India (MCI) needs time till monday to allow permission for stale leval medical entrance exam till monday.
So the Supreme court next hearing on NEET UG on Monday 9th May 2016.
