About Pension Adalat : A Pension Adalat is proposed to be held by the office of Pr chief comm of income tax dept Gujarat, Ahmedabad to redress the grievances relating to pension / family pension/ settlment of duess of the officers/ officials who retired from the income tax department, gujarat.
How to apply?
Grievances in the prescribed performa shoould be sent directly sent directly to the ITO(HQ)(Personnel), O/o, Pr CCIT, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, 2nd floor, Aayakar Bhavan, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad 380009. So as to reach on or before 29/07/2016 duly superscribing ''Pension Adalat 2016'' on the envelop.
When will Pension Adalat held?
Pension adalad will be held on 15/09/2016 t 11.00am in the Chanakya Sabhagruh (Multi Purpose Hall), Aayakar Bhavan Annexe, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad 380 009
Which cases will not be discussed/solved in this adalat?
Cases involving legal points succession issues and policy matters will not be taken up in the said adalat.

The application form may be obtained from the enquiry counter, ground floor, aayakar bhavan, ashram road, ahmedabad 380 009 or from the ITO(PR)* in the office of CCIT# Rajkot/ Surat/ Vadodara.
