Gujarat post department has started online applications for POSTMAN / MAILGAURD Recruitment 2016. Since these is online process, many candidates are facing problems related downloading/ print application forms after payment of challan. I have found some errors and their resolution given below.

I. Not able to take printpout of application ? 
Error1 : Fees payment has not been reconciled yet.
These error occurs while candidates trying to print/download application form before 48hrs from the challan payment in post office.
Resollution : Try to download application form after 48 hrs from the payment of challan at post office.

Error2 : Wrong Registration No. or Date of Birth.
These error occurs while we enter wrong registration number or birthdate into system. Please check challan detailes carefully.
If you are entering correct registration number even this error occurs, means you have entered wrong birthdate while filling application form.
Resollution : Call below helpline numbers, tell them your registration number/ full name and ask them about BIRTHDATE you have entered into online application form. They will definitely solve this number.

II. Forgot Registration Number :
Sollution 1 : Check your mobile inbox SMSs. You have received your registration number from VM-DOPGUJ after successfully completed online application form.

Sollution 2 : Check your Email inbox. You have received your registration number from no_reply@gujpostexam.com after successfully completed online application form.
(Email subject may be Acknowledgement Letter - Registration No - 1000XXX)

Currently no direct link is given for recovering registration number on gujpostexam.com website.
