● You can apply for Non-Creamy layer Certificate (SEBC/ OBC) by using simple steps given below.
1. Visit website https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in and click on ''log in''.
2. Enter your email id and password for login. (If you are not registered, click on ''New Registration - Citizen''. See how to register )
3. You will see dashboard. Click on '' Request a New Service''.
4. You can see a list of all services providing by governement. Scroll down the page and click on the service you want to apply.
5. You will see the primary information page. On this page select the document type (English or Gujarati), read all documents (to be uploaded later), download gujarati keyboard (if necessary) and scroll down the page below. Now click on ''Continue to Service''.
(Note : You will see fees detailes on this page above '' click to service'' button. Approximate time to complete this form is 15mins.)
6. You will see a popup box cotaining your Request id and Application no. Just notdown it and click on continue.
7. You will see an online form which you have to fillup carefully. After filling up form click on next.
10. After filling this form click on next. You will see another online form - fill it and click on next.
11. After filling this form you will see document uploading page.
12. Upload the documents (from given list) and submit the form.
13. After submitting form online you can take a print of your application form.
14. Now if fees is applicable go for Payment ( Read how to make payment online )
If fees not applicable you can check your application status by simple clicking on "Home" tab of the dashboard. If approved you will be able to download your certificate by clicking on ''download issued document''.
