Many affiliates want to join ebay partner network as its one of the biggest ecommerce website in India. Currently ebay dont run partner network in India like Flipkart, Snapdeal. So we cant join it directly affiliate/partner.
But now ebay campaign runs with OMG network (one of the biggest affiliate network company in world).
Below are payouts (as on 20/08/2014) :
