News : Now Constable may become directy PSI by appearing the exam(Constable who are 15 year old as employee in police department), Source : Sandesh Samachar

Highlights :
*Constables who have worked more than fifteen years may appear the exam of PSI.(exam/test will be taken by POLICE BHARTI BOARD, Gujarat)
*Before this, Only Head Constable and ASI was eligible for PSI exams.(who have cleared 3 years as employee)
*30000 constables(more than 60% of state's Police Force) will get benefit by this decision.
*Physical Test and Written Test syllabus will differ from the exam of Direct PSI.
