1.Call Centre Agents ( CCA) -  Qualification A Graduate or above in Agriculture or allied disciplines like, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries, Poultry, Bee Keeping, Sericulture, Aquaculture, Agri. Engg, Agri. Marketing, Biotechnology, Home Science etc., from a recognized Agriculture/Horticultural/Veterinary University.
Fluency in the local language/dialect of the State/Location applied for.
Proficiency in Computer.
Desirable 1 year experience in agriculture and/or allied sectors.
2.Call Centre Supervisor (CCS)-  Qualification A Post Graduate or higher qualification in Agriculture or Allied Sciences.
Fluency in the local language/dialect of the State/Location applied for.
Proficiency in Computer.
Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a Call Centre.
