[Other, not eligible due to new guideline POST GOI para 3.2.1] - Check the Reason/Solution of Scholarship Form SC ST OBC Error 2026

I have found new error in State Government Scholarship Portal for rejection of omline scholarship application form .

Error (As shown in State Scholarship Portal) : Other, not eligible due to new guideline POST GOI para 3.2.1

What is meaning of '' new guideline POST GOI para 3.2.1 '' ??

As per the file I have downloaded from http://scholarships.gov.in/, POST GOI para 3.2.1 says 

'' 3.2.1. Candidates who complete a course in one stream will not be eligible to take

diploma/degree course of different stream. For example, student will not be eligible for

scholarship for pursuing B. Com after completing B.A or BSC or MBBS after doing

B.Tech. ''
