Affordable housing will now include 90 square meters of built-up area units to replace the existing 80-square-meter built-up area for more spacious and three-room kitchen buildings.
The government will allow lands for affordable housing under the Agricultural Land Act 63 AAA to make more land easily available for affordable housing construction and to make the dream of a common man a reality.
The State Government will consider the demand for premium only on the land remaining after deduction in the Non TP area and make appropriate arrangements so that no more premium has to be paid.
