Central bank of india is about Engaging Retired Officers/Award Staff of the Bank as Recovery Officers
/Facilitators on Contract basis in all over india.
Name of Post : Recovery Officers /Facilitators
Eligibility;-
* All Officers/Award Staff who retired on or before 31/10/2011 and have sound physical
and mental health and able to undertake field visits. However, upper age limit will be 65
years.
*Retired Officers/Award Staff having a good track record and should not have been
imposed with punishments during the last 5 years of their service period.
* Officers up to scale V/Award Staff retired on attaining Superannuation or Voluntarily
retired shall only be eligible.
* However, the Officers/Award Staff leaving the Bank’s service due to Resignation or
Termination, etc. will not be eligible.
Process of Selection:
The Selection is based on the performance in the interview depending upon the suitability
of the candidate for the engagement.
* The Applications will be scrutinized and processed by the Regional Offices as to the
eligibility and antecedents of the applicants and will place the same for consideration of
the Committee appointed for empanelment of Recovery Officers/Facilitators.
*The Committee shall empanel the candidates through an interview depending upon their
suitability and will recommend their deployment for final selection by the Competent
Authority.
*General Manager- HRD will constitute the Selection Committee which will consists
of one General Manager, two Dy.General Managers. One of the committee members
should be preferably from Recovery Department .Alternatively, General Manager –
HRD may take a appropriate decision in this matter
* Desirable ;-
1.Knowledge of SARFAESI Act and steps involved in it.
2. Computer Knowledge in MS EXCEL.
3.Own Vehicle two /four wheeler.
All Zonal/Regional Managers will be advised to bring the above scheme to the notice of the Retired Officers/Award Staff and branches under their jurisdiction. HRD Deptt, Central Office will start the selection process very shortly.
